This Refund Policy explains how order cancellations, refunds and payment issues are handled for purchases made through the MARPE store.

Order Cancellations

Orders that have not yet shipped or been fulfilled may be cancelled by contacting us through the contact form with your order number. Once an order has been fulfilled it can no longer be cancelled.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued at MARPE's discretion for orders that were not fulfilled, were affected by a payment or shipping error, or were cancelled prior to fulfillment. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method or cryptocurrency wallet used for the purchase whenever technically possible.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Orders paid via cryptocurrency (USDT) are subject to network confirmation times and standard network fees. Underpayments caused by network fee fluctuations may be credited to the customer's account balance rather than refunded, and can be applied toward a future order.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Cryptocurrency refunds depend on blockchain network conditions and may take longer to confirm.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Orders that have already been fulfilled and shipped, or that were cancelled due to a violation of our Terms of Use or research-use-only positioning, are generally not eligible for a refund.
