Understanding your Marpe Science order & account

What happens after checkout: order statuses, invoices, and your customer account.

Order confirmation

After payment is confirmed you receive an email confirmation with a downloadable PDF invoice. If a new account was created for your purchase, your login details are included as well.

Order statuses

Pending means we are awaiting payment confirmation. Paid means payment was received. Fulfilled means the order is complete. Refunded and Cancelled indicate the order was refunded or cancelled.

Your account

Sign in any time to view your full order history, download invoices, and update your contact details or password from your account dashboard.
